REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At First Hand Holding(FHH), we have full confidence in our varied range of services. We leave no stone unturned in providing our esteemed clients fast, reliable and exceptional service guarantee every time in time we do business with them. All the services available at First Hand Holding's website are carried out for the clients after extensive analysis using a complete scope document. Our focus is complete customer satisfaction.

It ensures full understanding of the work and almost no possibilities of any cancellation, reversal or dispute. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine, even after one has initiated the assignment payment. However, any refund and service cancellation is taken place abiding a set of conditions.

Standard Pricing

First Hand Holding (FHH) has set a standard pricing policy for various services and client of every category can opt for a service according to their business module. The basic pricing structure provided on the Website/Emails is base prices. The prices are subject to change with respect to territorial jurisdiction of a state, kind and number of services availed by the client. We reserve the right to change the prices as quoted on our website at any given point of time but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force. The standard pricing policy is not applicable for an increase in the total fee paid by the client to First Hand Holding(FHH) due to increase in government fee or fee incurred by the client for completion of legal documentation or re-filing of forms with the government due to rejection or resubmission. We are not responsible or liable for any other cost incurred by the client related to the completion of the service. It is possible that prices on the website may be incorrectly quoted; accordingly, we will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that the correct price will be notified to you before the contract comes into force.

Cancellation Policy

When you buy our services, your purchase is covered by our refund policy. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a refund. Since we’re incurring costs and dedicating time, manpower, technology resources and effort to your service or document preparation. Before processing any refund, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to government would be applicable. In case of change of service, the cancellation fee would not be applicable. In case you require us to hold the processing of a service, we will hold the fee paid on your account until you are ready to commence the service.

Change of Service

If you want to change the service you ordered for a different one, you must request this change of service via mail to us. The purchase price of the original service, less any earned fee and money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order, will be credited to your First Hand Holding account (FHH). You can use the balance credit for any other First Hand Holding service(FHH).

Force Majeure

The service provider shall not be liable for failure to perform, nor be deemed to be in default under this policy for any delay due to an act of god or any unavoidable circumstances. Unavoidable grounds can be termed as storm, flood, terrorism, natural calamities, riot, lockdown, blockade, acts of war, or power failure and other natural pandemic situations that are out of control from the human beings. During this the committed time can be extended.

Refund Policy:

  • Every service offered by us takes different course of action to get accomplished from start to end thus refund policy differs from one service to other.
  • There is always a certain set of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign. Thus, a refund would not be entertained for the work already completed. Inshort, processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, and cost of resources for the work done till date will be deducted. Refund cannot be provided for earned fee because resources and man hours spent on delivering the service are non-returnable in nature.
  • No refund is possible for the fee paid in the form of administrative fees.
  • Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund.Further, we can’t refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order.
  • No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.
  • First Hand Holding (FHH) is not liable to pay refund if delay or service disruption happens due to third party involvement.

Refund Request

Refund request can be initiated through info@firsthandholding.com. All refund requests can be made at any point of time. We will process your request within 30 business days of receiving all the information required for processing refund like reason for refund, bank details for processing request, etc.
